Those using retinoids, Accutane, or similar medications should consult with a provider before waxing. Some redness or sensitivity is normal post-wax and usually subsides within 24–48 hours. Derma Elite 101 LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse responses, as all services are performed with informed consent and proper protocols. A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies. No-shows or late cancellations will result in 50% of the prepaid service fee being retained. Booking confirms agreement to this policy and waives the right to dispute valid charges. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Derma Elite 101, all services are prepaid at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot with our licensed professionals. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up, 50% of the prepaid service amount will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original form of payment within 7 business days. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to: This cancellation policy and the 50% penalty for late cancellations or no-shows.
