Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our Skin Health Provider/Nurses, we ask that you notify us 24 hours ahead of time if there is any changes with your appointment. Failure to notify will result into a $50 cancellation/no show fee. We have a grace period of 15 minutes for skin therapy and 9 minutes for hair removal during your appointment and failure to notify us of you running late will incur a $50 fee. We value your time and so ours, so please give us a heads up as we are dedicated to provide you the best care without rushing you. Upon reading this policy, you understand and acknowledge that $50 will not be refunded to you if you failed to notify us within the given window of time. You allow Derma Elite 101 LLC to charge your card on file. We thank you for your business and we are looking forward to serve you efficiently and effectively.
