Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our Skin Health Provider/Nurses, we ask that you notify us 24 hours ahead of time if there is any changes with your appointment. Failure to notify will result into a $50 cancellation/no show fee. We have a grace period of 15 minutes for skin therapy and 9 minutes for hair removal during your appointment and failure to notify us of you running late will incur a $50 fee. We value your time and so ours, so please give us a heads up as we are dedicated to provide you the best care without rushing you. Upon reading this policy, you understand and acknowledge that $50 will not be refunded to you if you failed to notify us within the given window of time.
